AVON TOWNHOUSE

This is an Avon floor plan. The partition wall dividing the kitchen and dining room was raised - if  you look closely you can see where the wallpaper looks a little more shiny towards the top. It was raised by the owner to help provide greater separation while at the same time "hiding" the dishes from the living room and  dining room area.

New kitchen cabinets and appliances, and the hardwood floors help to open up the kitchen.

The support column in this Avon has been removed. This allows for more of an open feeling and gives the impression of more space. Also, note the hardwood floors and sliding glass doors as opposed to the standard French doors.

Custom built full bath in the lower level. Neo angle shower stall. "Fish" theme ceramic tiles immersed among the white. White marbleized 12 x 12 tiles on the floor, an overhead light above the shower and mirrors above the vanity.

Another view of the living room. Hardwoods are new, as well as the sliding glass doors.
